You don’t have to be a fighter to train like one. Whether you're just starting out or getting back into a routine, this is a space where everyone is welcome. Rob meets you where you are, helps you build confidence, and guides you through every round.

Before Session

  • Arrive 10 - 15 Mins Early

Rob's personalized and tailored approach to training is strongly rooted in two proven methods of fitness:

MMA/Boxing/Kickboxing

Mixed Martial Arts, boxing, and kickboxing are areas of fitness that have become very popular in the fitness industry. Beyond the obvious physical benefits, punching a bag or kicking a pad with proper technique proves to be an unmatchable mental activity all while releasing stress. Whether you want to train for self-defense, physical endurance, mental strength, or a fight, Rob’s integration of MMA, boxing, and kickboxing into workouts brings exciting new challenges to every session.

Weight Training/TRX

Weight training and TRX suspension training are commonly taught and encouraged forms of physical activity. Rob takes these traditional means of exercise and transforms them into exciting, personalized experiences every single session. Rob focuses his efforts on evaluating each individual client’s needs, goals, and physical history. He makes sure to understand and improve a client’s weaknesses, build a solid foundation, teach and enforce proper technique, and guide him or her to achieving their goals.

Through a mix of body weight, weight training, TRX, and/or combat training, Rob develops a customized workout plan for every client that always produces results!

Parks, Beaches, and Rooftops. Rob has all the tools to be a mobile training program that he can adapt to any outdoor location!

Everett, MA. Rob has access to a combat sports training gym in Everett that also houses mixed weights and cardio tools.

Medford MA. Rob is actively training clients in Medford, MA, conveniently located off of the orange line. This two-story gym contains a variety of cardio equipment, weight training tools, and full studio.

Home Gyms. Whether it is a building amenity or an in-home gym, Rob can transform any home gym into a training facility to fit your personalized training program.
