MMA/Boxing/kickboxing

Mixed Martial Arts, boxing, and kickboxing are areas of fitness that have become very popular in the fitness industry. Weight training and TRX suspension training are commonly taught and encouraged forms of physical activity. Rob takes these traditional means of exercise and transforms them into exciting, personalized experiences every single session. Rob focuses his efforts on evaluating each individual client’s needs, goals, and physical history. He makes sure to understand and improve a client’s weaknesses, build a solid foundation, teach and enforce proper technique, and guide him or her to achieving their goals.

Through a mix of body weight, weight training, TRX, and/or combat training, Rob develops a customized workout plan for every client that always produces results!
